In the House of Orphanage No. 22 professors of the Department of Languages of the University of Public Security held a literary and artistic evening dedicated to the life and work of the Hero of Uzbekistan, People's Poet Erkin Vahidov. The poet's grandson was invited to the party. The children were told about the life and work of the famous poet, read poems about the homeland, man and his destiny, the relationship of time, the translation of world classics into Uzbek. University professors spoke with the teenagers about the poet's emphasis on the concept of "man's spiritual world, his moral principles." They did not leave indifferent the songs based on the poems of Erkin Vahidov performed by the university's "Young Guard" amateur art group. The creative evening left an indelible impression on the students. At the end of the meeting, the children were presented with souvenirs.
