8 young football teams, consisting of 22 pupils of House of mercy “Mehribonlik”, located in our capital, took 2nd place at the International I-Czech Futsal Championship among children of orphanages from 16 countries, which was held in the city of Numburg on October 18-20 this year at the invitation of the Czech Republic.

The competition is full of uncompromising struggle, and our players won 7 matches in all stages of group "B" (Slovenia 1 - 5 Uzbekistan, Ukraine 0 - 11 Uzbekistan, Croatia 0 - 4 Uzbekistan, Czech Republic 0 - 4 Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan 6 - 0 Krupka (Czech Republic), Latvia 1 - 2 Uzbekistan) also reached the final stage with with a decisive victory in the semifinals (Uzbekistan 1 - 0 Slovakia). 

The final game was played with the Polish team, which was considered a strong opponent, and the main match ended with a score of 2 - 2. In the final series, our young players took second place with a score (3 -2) and a difference of 1 goal.

As a result of the attention paid by the command of the National Guard to the children of the House of mercy “Mehribonlik” and the conditions created by them for sports, a strong team of our young football players has been formed. In particular, Maxim is a goalkeeper, Daniil is a left winger, Nadir is a right winger, Arslan is a defender, Namoz is a defender, Sanjar is a central midfielder, Igor is a central midfielder, Arslan junior played in the offensive line.
