Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5215 of August 9, 2021 "On measures to introduce a radically updated system of education of orphans and children deprived of parental care" leads to a number of reforms in this area in Uzbekistan.
According to this Resolution, the newly established department of "Military-patriotic, spiritual-educational education and social work with youth" at the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan will hold training courses for educators of orphanages and children's towns in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent. From October 2021 to May 2022, mobile classes will be organized in the orphanages and children's camps. In particular, from March 31 to April 15 this year, teachers of the Department of "Military-patriotic, spiritual-educational education and social work with youth" of the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan trained 27 educators of family orphanages in Navoi region. the qualification of the psychologists of the guard was improved.
At the end of the course, final exams were taken from these trainees in order to summarize the acquired knowledge. The exams were conducted in 2 stages. In Stage 1, educators took a test formed on the basis of materials taught by professors during the course. After the educators successfully passed these tests, they presented a research paper in the form of it prepared in Phase 2 on social protection of children.
Today, the educators who successfully completed the training course were awarded certificates. The ceremony was attended by officials of the National Guard of Navoi region, Navoi city administration, who congratulated the educators on the successful completion of the training course and wished them to justify the trust placed in them in their future activities. At the end of the event, participants were photographed for memory.
