The Department of Migration and Citizenship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tashkent region issued a civil document in the form of an ID-card, which is the main document for six foster children aged 16 at the orphanage No. 15 in Buka.
Officials first congratulated the pupils on the document, explaining that the ID-card is a document proving identity and citizenship, as well as an electronic carrier with personal biographical and biometric data of the owner.
The experts also indicated the validity period of the ID-card and recommended to contact the biometric data collection point in case of change of the citizen's surname or other information.
